Celebrating the vibrant tones and rich doversity of styles in more than 25 singing groups across Bolton. Today we spend time with the Tonge With The Haulgh Community Choir whose accompanist, herself a renowned composer, has penned a number of songs especially for the the Choir. We'll be in Farnworth to visit one of three singing clubs bringing together older and more isolated people across the town. And We'll meet the Bolton Clarion Choir, whose repertoire is based firmly in a long tradition of political and protest songs. Presenter: John Beesley.
