Uncovering Bolton's secret passion for singing together: All music, all styles from Baroque to Barbershop, from show tunes to hits from the charts. Over the next twelve weeks we'll sample performances and hear stories from 25 local choirs. Today the spotlight falls on the Horwich Community Choir and the Cantamus Choir based in Heaton. You'll also hear some of the best choral music and vocal groups from around the world. We'll examine the benefits to health and wellbeing which come from being part of a choir.
