For Bolton FM it is when we experience the most change as some of our younger volunteers move back home or in to the world of work.

And this year is no different.

Tomorrow sees Chris Hajdar present the last of his 'Afternoons' on Bolton FM; it is three years to the day that he began bringing great chat and music to Bolton between 1-3. After a little rest Chris will be concentrating on Saturday Sports so make sure you tune in to Afternoons today as Chris marks 3 years of being the host of afternoons and tune in again tomorrow as he plays a 'Friday Floorfiller' to get you up and dancing for the weekend!

From Monday Afternoons will be brought to you by Danny Simm, Ron Armitage and James Phillips who will bring you local news chat and great music.

There are also new voices on Drivetime as Caitlin Colley and Ellen Macleod join Lee Bower and Brad B. Wood. Lee, Caitin, Ellen and Brad will be on hand to get you through the queues and keep you entertained on your way home! Tune from 3pm on weekdays to hear local news, sports, weather and traffic updates along with fun facts and bits of trivia to keep you going through the rush hour.

Would you like to see what goes into running an awarding winning community radio station? We're opening our doors again to potential new volunteers on 3rd August. You'll get to see our studio facilities and meet existing volunteers. Why not come along and see how you can get involved? We'll be running the open day from noon until 3pm.
