The Town That Sings

It's Week 3 of our series about snging together. Today we meet Bolton Cancer Voices, a choir made up entirely from people who've received a cancer diagnosis and whose performances have included the concert stage at the Rotal Albert Hall. We'll also hear from the Bolton Parish Church Choir, regulars on national TV and radio. Singers tell us of the friendship and camaraderie they’ve experienced, and we’ll find out how joining a choir can improve physical and mental wellbeing. Throughout the series we'll hear from 25 local choirs of all genres and we'll enjoy vocal and choral groups from around the world. Presented by John Beesley.
