Guests in the first hour will be Gary Singh from Colour of my Skin (COMS) who will be telling us all about the concept of acceptance and respect in our society along with news of a star- studded event taking place in the North West next week! Then in the second hour I’ll be joined by Zoe and Peter from ‘We are Undefeatable’ which is a behaviour-change campaign that aims to support people living with long term health conditions to be active in a way that works for them and their condition.
