No volunteers, no Bolton FM - it is really that straightforward.

Volunteers are very important to us, that is why we want to hear from you if you'd be interested in giving some of your spare time to help us.
You may have just the skills we are looking for, or we may have just the training you need.

As well as being part of broadcast teams, there is plenty of work needing doing behind the scenes to make sure we continue to be a successful radio station run by our great community.

We are grateful for those who have already shared their professional expertise with us, and would love to hear from others who can offer us help too.

To become a volunteer, all we ask is for a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and give us what time you can, to become part of a great team.

And if you would like to see what goes into running an awarding winning community radio station? Come down and see us this Saturday (August 3rd) as we are opening our doors to potential new volunteers. You will get to see our fantastic studio facilities and meet our great existing
volunteers. The Open day takes place from mid-day until 3pm, we have lots of roles we need help with, so why not come along and see how you can get involved?
