Bubble Rush is a family friendly sponsored 5k run at Queens Park. The course starts in a sea of bubbles and features four Bubble Stations along the route where cannons pump out coloured foam to create a 4ft deep bubble bath.

The run is not timed, so you're not racing anyone and anyone can take part regardless of running ability - the most important thing about Bubble Rush is that you enjoy your time in the bubbles and finish with a big smile on your face! There will also be the Incredibubble - a giant bubble tent filled with a bubble-gum scent and even MORE bubbles for a bit of fun for people while they are waiting to start the run.

Bolton Hospice are asking people to share their 'before' and 'after' photos with them and with the Bubble Rush organisers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, using #bubblerush5k and tagging @boltonhospice and @bubblerush5k, why not share it with us too @boltonfm?
